The One Barcelona Gl Hotel

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly staff who offered a refreshing welcome drink. the rooms were exquisite and luxurious, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering a wide range of treatments, from body wraps to beauty treatments. the indoor swimming pool was heated and perfect for a relaxing swim. the rooftop pool was stunning, with plenty of sun loungers to enjoy the sun terrace and take in the beautiful views.

the pool was quite small and not ideal for swimming, but more for chilling on a hot day.

The staff was friendly, the room was fantastic and the rooftop view was amazing. The hotel was close to the shopping area and in the city centre.

Absolutely nothing.

This hotel is located in the centre of the city, making it ideal for those who want to explore Barcelona's shopping district. located right next door, there is an incredible bakery providing guests with plenty of affordable breakfast options. The rooms are well-equipped with USB ports next to the bed and comfortable furnishings. The modern decor adds a touch of luxury to each room, and cleanliness is top-notch. Service is friendly and helpful, giving suggested places to visit and explore.

Some guests felt the food and drinks throughout the hotel were overpriced, and there was no discounted rate for hotel guests.

The breakfast was delicious and the bed was very comfortable. The service provided by the staff was excellent and they were always helpful and friendly. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to key attractions and transportation.

That the pool, both on the rooftop and in the basement, could have been bigger. It was not suitable for swimming.

The bed was comfortable and the marble bathroom was fine. The location is great, just a few steps away from a shopping street and a 15-minute walk to a famous landmark. The staff was amazing and friendly. I had a wonderful stay at One Barcelona Gl and would recommend it.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the friendly and helpful staff, from the concierge to the bellmen. The check-in process was smooth and comfortable, with a seated area and a staff member who accommodated our room preferences. The room itself was sleek and comfortable, with easy-to-use controls for lighting, window shades, and wifi. The bathroom was spacious, with dual sinks and a separate shower room. The hotel also offered Gaudi tours, concert tickets, restaurant reservations, and airport car service, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Felt lucky, no reason to complain.

Great location with beautiful views from the rooftop bar. The staff is incredibly warm and attentive. Rooms are well-designed with unique tech features. Breakfast is rich and varied. The hotel is conveniently located for most sites and activities.
